We use customer information to respond to inquiries, arrange and manage consultations or appointments, discuss the customer's own order or installation, address service matters, and provide customer care.
Text Message Authorization
If you provide a phone number and select “I agree to receive texts,” you authorize NBWC to send text messages about your own inquiry, consultation, appointment, order, installation, or service matter. NBWC does not send promotional or marketing text messages.
You may decline text messages and still submit a consultation request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Any communication consent that applies at the purchase stage is handled separately in the purchase contract.

Data Use and Sharing
New Beginnings Window Coverings does not sell, rent, or disclose customer personal information to outside organizations for their independent use, advertising, or solicitation. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
